• Failed parts stay visible after export - Parts that fail during generation remain in the results table, summary, and export report instead of only in a dismissible toast.

• Conic fillets that previously blocked export - Those edges are approximated so parts with that fillet type can download instead of failing.
• Back-face edge fillets treated as double-sided - Perimeter rounds on the export face are no longer classed as ball-cuts, which could shrink cut geometry unsafely.
• Rigid and loose assembly inserts keep distinct names - The same part inserted both ways stays two rows with the correct prefix.

• Clearer failures when Onshape usage limits or the network drop out - Validation and generation stop with a clear message instead of hanging or looking stuck. See Onshape usage limits.
• Assembly sketches no longer appear in export names - USER prefixes use the rigid Part Studio insert, not an assembly sketch (or other non-container feature) that happened to sit first in the tree.
